-All chassis must be in good running condition, whether the engine is running or not, to qualify for the prices listed in our swap packages
- All components for AC and Powersteering must be previously installed and in GOOD working order for us to provide these components in functional condition with the swap of your choice
-Parts which are required for "interchange" from your chassis must be intact and in working order, if parts or accessories are missing or broken, we will provide an estimate to repair or replace such components
-Some engine and parts listed in the Swap packages are not legal for use on the public roads and highways of the USA, please check with local rules and regulations prior to the installation of these parts.
-CARisma LLC and it's affiliates will be held harmless and in no way liable for damages, injuries, or death as the result of installing the components listed within the swap packages or other parts installed on any vehicle.
